(Q) How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?

(A) Here at the Fourkast Footbag Company, we offer a flat rate of $4.00 on all shipping inside the U.S. Products will be shipped via USPS, within the United States it should take no more than 3-5 business days. International orders can take longer depending on the country we are shipping to, this should take no longer than 9-10 business days if not sooner.


For international orders going to countries outside North America, a shipping quote will be generated and emailed to the customer after the order is placed. The shipping cost will show up as $0.00 in the checkout order, and be calculated after. This is done because of the variation in shipping costs from country to country. Once the customer agrees to the international shipping charge, the order is processed and sent out.


We label our international packages as gift packages to help lower shipping costs. We have no control over custom fees and charges, but will work to make the shipping of the order as inexpensive as possible for the benefit of the customer.

(Q) How can I pay for the products?

(A) We accept all the major credit cards, including; Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders, but will only ship the ordered product when we have received and processed the before mentioned payment methods.

(A) The Fourkast Footbag Company 100% guarantees it's products and services with a 30 day return policy. We are dedicated to quality, and finding the right footbag product for you. If for whatever reason there is a defect with your product, please notify us and send the product back, and we will be happy to replace it or refund your payment.
